VicBears Cancellation Policy

1. Event Cancellation by VicBears
VicBears Inc. will endeavour to hold all events as advertised. VicBears Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel an event at short notice due to low registrations, venue unavailability, inability of one of our suppliers or partners to deliver a component that makes up the event, or acts of God. If for any reason an event is cancelled by VicBears Inc. your ticket may not be refunded in full. Upon cancellation of an event VicBears Inc. will first and foremost pay any outstanding debt to our suppliers and partners directly involved with hosting the cancelled event. Subsequent to this, where practical and at our discretion, refunds may be made to the tickets buyers of the cancelled event.

2. Suppliers or Partners Cancellation
VicBears Inc. will endeavour to provide all events, services and prizes as advertised. When a supplier or partner is unable to fulfil their agreed component of said event, service or prize for any reason, including but not limited to bankruptcy, changes of management and acts of God, VicBears Inc. can not be held responsible or liable for the absence of such components. Where possible, VicBears Inc. will attempt to replace effected components with components from other suppliers or partners of equal value, where practical and at our discretion. Where possible, notification of such alterations will be made by VicBears no less than seven days prior to scheduled date of the VicBears event.

3. Cancellation by Ticket Holder
When a ticket holder is unable to attend an event and wishes to be refunded, a request for a refund should be received and acknowledged by VicBears no less than seven days prior to scheduled date of the VicBears event. Where the event comprises more than one day of activity the request for a refund should be received and acknowledged by VicBears no less than seven days prior to the first day of the scheduled date of the VicBears event.
